Unable to locate rebate website and am exasperated trying to do so. Never bought Evan Williams before but rebate offer enticed me. Where do I turn next?

Our rebate fulfillment company’s records indicate check #[redacted] for $10 was issued on December 10, 2014 and it is still outstanding.  We have instructed our rebate fulfillment company to re-issue a new check and expedite payment to you. You will receive a $10 check for your rebate redemption as well as an additional check for $5 for any incurred expenses.
