I don't know why Heaton Construction has no reviews, but they should have. I had HCI handle a fairly extensive remodeling of my master bathroom, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to do business with. I dealt with two of their general contractors during the course of the project--one who did the initial planning with me and the other who oversaw the actual work--and both proved to be most personable, easy to talk to, and receptive to my input throughout the project. They have a well-practiced process for protecting your home while they're working in it, and all of the employees who did the day-to-day work were very friendly and courteous. Once they began work on the project, they devoted themselves to the job pretty much full time it appeared. This turned out to be a far less stressful project than what I had become used to with other contractors. Based on the ease of working with this company ([redacted] and [redacted]) and the speed with which they completed the work, I would have to say they definitely exceeded my expectations.
