I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received the check todayI’m not sure if you need to know but they also enclosed a nasty letter threatening to call the police if I were to ever set foot in the salonI just want you to know that I did nothing out of the ordinary other than to pay in advance for a promised service and then later on find out that she was refusing to honor what she had saidI regret ever doing business with them and even the refund of $is less than what she had promised but it’s better than nothing so I agreed to itIf it matters or if it’s possible I think people should know how unprofessional they are

service and unused product. I offered to get a product of her choosing and apply, the customer chose a product she found online which was $300 a bottle and I could not do. I offered to apply the product for free if she purchased it as it cost $300. Originally she said okay to having me put in the product she purchased but then started calling me to the point I had to block her and called the police for harassment. I am still willing to offer the customer a refund as I would like to resolve the situation. I am willing to refund the customer $150 and can certified mail if she is agreeable to this.
