I am rejecting this response because:They are lying! It is not a matter of them explaining what the fees were, it is that the office told me years in a row that it was a mistake & it would be taken care ofIt is that when I asked what the bill was for they could not
tell me & the fact that when I came in for the repair, I asked what I owed & they said all that I owed was $84, which I paid that day! I would like specific answers to the following questions, not just a generic answer of their excuse of my supposed misunderstanding. 1.) If Mrs*** still owed money when she came in to get her filling fixed, why wasn't she informed then?2.) Why was Mrs*** not billed before June of 2015?3.) Why was Mrs*** told on two separate occasions that the bill was an error & it would be taken care of?Sincerely, *** ***
