Refuses to honor their guarantee for my floors Mr*** installed and the new problem created in my master bath
In February of this year we hired Heath Davis Construction Co to repair damages in our home from waterInsurance paid, we paid and the job was completed in May/JuneWe had a sewage problem, not related to the original issue, but created from the contractorHe gave us in writing his guarantee on the work he completed, but now my floors are cupping and gaping plus there's water damage in my master bath created by the contractors carelessness that he is refusing to addressWe have paid a plumber and and A/C man to correct these issuesMold returned around floor vents and we repaired the sealing issues he left undoneMy attempts to reach Mr*** have been met with unanswered emails, texts, phone calls and blocking on his Facebook pageI've attempted to resolve for months

On July I asked for a quote on replacing gutters and downspouts I got a reply that same day, saying they would send someone out to look at our house I kept getting responses saying the same thing, several times After over three weeks had gone by and no one had come out yet, I gave up on this company Non-responsive and failing grades for customer care

Heath Davis Construction did an OUTSTANDING job on our shadow box fence The craftsmanship is incredible and the employees were very nice and diligent about doing a great job Heath was also on hand to follow up and make sure everything was to our satisfaction! We are having them do another project for us on our home! Thanks guys for a wonderful job!
