She was basically sent a wrong item and we told her that our policy was to have the incorrect item returned and we send out the correct itemShe did not want to comply to this and wanted us to send out the correct item while she kept the incorrect item as wellWe told her that is not possibleWe also recommended just giving her the incorrect item for free and she can order the correct item at a later timeShe started yelling and throwing a tantrum and eventually, we complied to her demandsPlease let me know if you have any questions/concerns regarding this matter!
