The Heat Depot saved us on Thanksgiving Day by sending out a repairman with space heaters to help us with our furnace that quit We were unable to salvage the furnace but they came back on Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and installed a new furnace at a price much less than was quoted by another heating company We have since recommended Heat Depot to our son who had to use them for a furnace problem which they were able to fix at a very substantial savings Highest regards for Heat Depot and their excellent installers and will continue to use them whenever necessary and recommend them to all who need service

Today I had a new Amana furnace put in by Ron & Emillo (technicians) They came at 10:amand by 2:p.mthey had the old one out and the new one in and well doneThey were efficient and kind and did neat work I would recommend this company

We had this company come in and install a new furnace and central air They do not know how to complete a job in a timely manner They had to come multiple times to get it completed correctly We took off work and a few Saturdays for them to get it done The problem was the company would state that they would be here between a certain time and that would not happen They always called stated that they were going to be late while we sit around waiting for them to get here They never arrived in their time frame Even when the first day they were coming out to start the job they did not get here until after 12:pm that day I had taken off work all day long and then they did show up until then I would not recommend this company to no one

I have to say that this company has excellent service and delivered on timeThe installers were some of the friendliest and most professional guys I have ever encounteredThey explained the problems and the process as they worked and answered all my questionsI absolutely recommend this company! Job well done!

I,***, bought a water heater from a company called Solar BearAt the end of the day my water heater was leaning way over to the right and had the faucet to turn the water off pinned to the wall, which made it impossible to turn the water off if I needed to at the water heaterHeat Depot bought out the Solar Bear company and when I called about my concerns they, Heat Depot sent someone over to as the situation and long story short they took care of the problem and put my mind at easeThey will always have my business because they showed me intrigruety and assured me they would take care of things in a timely mannerThey showed concern over my problemThat is a big thing

I called for my annual inspection and quickly reached someone who was very helpful in scheduling a prompt appointment On the day of the appointment, the technician phoned me minutes prior to arrival He arrived within the scheduled two hour block and was ready to complete my service inspection He knew exactly what he needed from me, communicated it well and then thoroughly completed his work He shared his results with me, made a couple of observations and recommendations and verified his work area was clean prior to billing me I am grateful for his professionalism, his punctuality and his attention to detail His paperwork was thorough and complete and I rate the overall customer experience a top level Thomas was my technician He represented Heat Depot very well

The Heat Depot sent two installers (*** and ***) to replace my old furnace with a new one on Monday, November 9th They encountered problems that made the planned new furnace unworkable for my situation After reviewing the situation and their proposed solution with me, they immediately went to work removing the old furnace and going to their supplier to get a different (and better) furnace at no additional cost to me This put them behind schedule but they stayed working at it and completed the task shortly after midnight They were very professional, personable and thorough I will very highly recommend the Heat Depot to anyone
