We sell cell phone chargers and they are guaranteed for from factory defect for daysAccording to the complaint it was purchased on 1/16/and brought back on 4/17/and that is some how "six weeks later"Even if it were weeks later it still would not have covered under manufacturer
warrantyWe do not guarantee against the person breaking the chargerWe don't guarantee (nor does anyone in the industry) chargers for a year

the business did not stand behind their warrantey. I was told the product was warrenty for one year.
