Hearts Toward Home Publications

Review: We ordered a full year subscription of Growing in Virtue magazine (will also file a complaint with them) through Hearts Toward Home Publishing and we have received 2 issues and ONLY 2 issues. There were promises of starting the subscription over for another full year and a March/April issue, but there has been ZERO responses from either Growing in Virtue OR Hearts Toward Home about the publication. There have been rumors of some personal challenges, but how hard is it to post an update to a facebook page to provide some satisfaction. Given that the purpose of the publication was to promote positive virtues in girls, this lack of follow through is extremely frustrating on multiple levels... both the financial investment and the example that it sets for the girls looking forward to the magazine. MANY subscribers are looking for some type of feedback. I've withheld filing this for as long as I felt I could as it's been nearly a year and we did hear STORIES (through the grapevine) about the publishers losing everything. Thank you!Desired Settlement: My PREFERENCE would be to continue the publication, however, given the track record perhaps I should just request a refund of the subscription fee. I think they also owe their subscribers an explanation, something beyond empty promises of upcoming issues.
