CLEARLY THESE FOLKS ARE CHALLENGED BY THE TRUTH I HAVE SENT YOU THE INSERTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA WHICH THEY POSTED ALONG WITH REPLY WE HAVE CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY AND MGMT IS CONSIDERING A LAWSUIT

I do not accept one bit of this response from this "business". I've seen this before on other review sites. Negative reviews of Heartline get met with lawsuit threats. I've considered a lawsuit of my own as well.

it does not matter to us what mr hardy accepts as a response to his compliant. his girlfriend was told via e-mail and phone several times that the policy of the business concerning refunds where the threat of a lawsuit is made is to receive a release and then the refund will be tendered.  she was told to make an appointment with becky during office business hours. as for the contiiued threats of a lawsuit by mr hardy that would be his decision. these unforeseen consequences occur when folks put their mouths in motion before their brains in gear.
