This company provides excellent service. I have used them twice, one on my previous home I was selling, and again in my current home. In my previous home, after 17 years, the system developed a fault or two, and they came out promptly and listened to me, and then fixed the problems. Other companies were not interested in fixing my problems, but instead, only talked about selling me a completely new system.
In my current house, it too had a system previously installed. The previous owners failed to disclose the codes, and HSI technicians were able to determine the codes and get my system up and running. They suggested some needed upgrades, such as cellular service, and also made us aware of upgrades we could have if we desired, but concentrated on getting our system, which was quite serviceable, up and running.
They have always been easy to contact, prompt with service calls, employ courteous and knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend this company to anyone. ","pos-2
