Heartland Payment Systems

Heartland Payment Systems Missed sending monthly statements to me from March 2019 to September 2019 due to a computer glitch, and didn't resolve the problem after several call requests until November 2019. During the period, Heartland also charged $125 non-Pci-Compliance fee each month for 7 months (total charged 125*7=875) which I could have easily avoid to pay if I had my statement to check all the charges. After filing complaints to Heartland, the company admitted the mistake but only agreed to refund $250, and said it is the best they can do. I have been Heartland customer for 20+ years, and this is how they treated their loyal customer. I had no choice but decided to cease using Heartland Payment Systems as of Dec 2019.
