Dane has contacted *** and they have come to an agreement on the bill for the repairs done to the Ford Escape. The bill in question was for a multi-point vehicle safety inspection which we do on all our trade-ins. During the inspection, we performed repairs and
maintenance including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, tire rotation, tie-rod replacement, vehicle wash, and miscellaneous bulb replacements. The total bill was for $537.16. Due to the circumstances surrounding the situation, Heartland has agreed to reduce the bill by $and *** has agreed to pay $200. We apologize for any misunderstandings and hope this resolution helps rectify the situation and satisfactorily meets the *** Family's expectations
