Review: I went to the golf park for the first time today. When I asked the employee working the register how the driving range works, he responded, "you buy a card and that is all you need to use the driving range". I purchased two $10 cards, and went outside to the driving range stalls; they were all full. I then proceeded to the next level, where the "card" was not able to be used. When I went back into the main office to inquire about golf [redacted] for the next level, he informed me that I need to purchase additional tokens and could not use the card in the upstairs stalls. I requested to speak to a [redacted], in order to discuss exchanging the card for a token to use the upstairs stalls. He informed me there were no exchanges, and that it was clearly written. I proceeded to explain the fact I was told the card was the only option presented and I did not know as a first time customer. The [redacted] then said to me, "can you not read? It says no exchanges doesn't it? All you have to do is read and you might understand this". I left the golf park without using the cards I paid for and was not satisfied with the customer service the [redacted] provided.
