I am rejecting this response because: The application was submitted on May 23, 2017, the day I was advised by community manager *** *** that my $deposit would be refundable if I changed my mind on the apartmentThe apartment was occupied at the time and would be until mid JulyThat was a huge concern that I could not see the apartment until month's later and that's why *** insured me I could get a refund for the apartment if I was too see it and not be satisfied, or change my mind for any other reasonBeing mislead and giving my hard earned money to a dishonest company is very frustratingAnd to reach out to corporate and be promised a call with back with resolution from the regional manager *** ***, and then to never get that call back is surprising and unprofessionalI never signed a lease, never signed the mocost sheet, never seen the apartment! And for someone to lie and take my hard earned money is flat out unbelievableThis is unacceptableNever has this been a *** law I've encountered in my plus years of rentingI believe I am owed my money back in full outside of the $application that I was aware was non-refundableCorporate regional manager *** *** didn't even have the decency to call me back as promised which shows the lack of honesty and professionalism in the company

the days that the unit was not rent-able. This is a standard policy throughout the entire apartment industry. It is my duty to practice fair business practices with all tenants and applicants. Thanks,
