After waiting for some time to invest in a new fireplace insert, I looked into several companies in the area I shopped around not only for pricing, but was looking into a company that had years of experience Hearth & Home has a great showroom, easy to see the displays, representing many different options, etc Salespeople are friendly & knowledgeable Cost was reasonable and the installation was done without any issues The field crew was friendly & courteous Finally getting to enjoy the new fireplace during this cold winter season in Chicago!
