The owner is rude and unprofessional. We showed up for our scheduled massage to find out our massage therapist was not in that day. When we asked for our money back for the massage, the owner got angry and defensive, saying it was our fault they didn't contact us to reschedule. She used foul language and lied about getting to contact us to reschedule.
