I am filing a Revdex.com complaint against this company because they have failed to provide the services as expected. I paid $5000 and set up a detailed profile to meet and mingle with singles matched to me and in my area. The company has failed to give the services and has only set me up with one date in the past 5 months. And now the company has stopped responding to me and sending any singles to meet at all. I am extremely dissatisfied and saddened that I have not received the services that I have paid for. I have tried all that I could to work this out with the company but until this day I do not have a satisfactory resolution. I feel that filing a complaint is one of my last attempts to try and work this out. I am really hoping that this company will uphold their contract and provide the services that I paid for. $5000 is a large amount of money and I do not have that kind of money to give away and not get anything in return. I am asking for someone to please reach out to me and provide the services that I paid for and if the company is not able to provide the services, I ask for a full refund of $5000. In addition I was threatened by one of the representatives who said they would cancel my membership because of my complaint.
Please see the attached rebuttal with our company policy. We don't feel the client is entitled to a refund. We are willing to provide her with a service, but needs her to respond once we send her a match, if she approves or not. This is based on company's policy.

It is unfortunate but we stand by our previous proposal to the customer. The customer failed to respond to the Revdex.com, on a timely manner and this complaint was closed. We have submitted proof, and feel this should not reflect negative against our company due to the consumer failing to respond to this complaint. We are willing to provide the customer with a service that she signed up for. Should she have further questions, please have the consumer call us for us to provide the service we stated we would give her based on our previous rebuttal. We value the Revdex.com, and value your expertise in the closure of this matter.

My issue has not been resolved. The merchant never contacted me. I lost my money and time for meet only 1 person. If Revdex.com or the merchant can not resolve my issue I will publish my compliments on any social media and any other places.
