There is a year Warranty on all of our homes both by Heart of the North, LLC and by Wisconsin Homes, Inc.as required by State LawIf this damage had happened during that time we would have investigated and if the damage was the result of poor installation, we would have fixed it.In this case, it was over years since constructionIt is out of warranty.In addition, we were not advised until long after the repair was complete of any claim and therefore were not given a chance to see the damageWe strive to deliver a quality new home experience and after nearly years in business, I believe our record speaks for itself.Sincerely, Allen [redacted] ***###-###-####
