I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They aggre to replace it and for me to trash the one I had after [redacted] call me a [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] told me that once they got sum in from China first week of October she would ship one to and gave me a order number # [redacted] then [redacted] called askin for shipping cost if don't replace it I will hire a lawyer to sue the company ok

BMC was contacted by this individual with a complaint of defective product. The individual has no record of the purchase and will not provide pictures. BMC contacted the retailer that the individual claimed to... purchase the item from and they have no record of any purchases from this individual. Furthermore, the retail store that this individual claims to have purchased the item from has never bought this item from BMC.BMC has blocked all communication from this individual and will enlist legal means to prevent any future harassment.Please contact me if you think its necessary to post a reply.Sincerely, [redacted] President/COO
