Review: I am hard of hearing and needed my right hearing aid repaired. I mailed the below paragraph to B[redacted]t. April 18, 2014Robert Holmes [redacted] DrivePaso Robles, 93446 ###-###-####Dear B[redacted], In the second week of October I gave you my right Vivatone hearing aid for repair, you were busy with a customer, you took my hearing aid and placed it on your work desk and said you will call me when the aid was fixed. I did not receive a call from you nor did you return my call in the months of October and November of 2013. In December 2013 my left Vivatone hearing aid stopped working; I visit you in your office unannounced; you then notified me that you misplaced and cannot find my Vivatone hearing aid; you apologized for losing the Vivatone hearing aid; you said that you will replace the Vivatone hearing aid. I called you in the month of February two times and left a voice mail with you to remind you that I am with one hearing aid and waiting for a replacement.I have been informed to write this letter before going to small claim court and Revdex.com to allow you time (30 days) to compensate or replace the hearing aid.I am truly sorry it came down to this youve been an excellent audiologist for the past 20 years that Ive known you, I have the most highly respect for you and what you do for the deaf community. I also would love to keep you as my audiologist.Yours TrulyDesired Settlement: I would like the hearing aid replace or refunded for its value.
