If he had not, this may have eliminated his concerns or he may have communicated with usIn the inspection, the staff member was right outside his unit getting parts to do his thorough check, By the way the property sits on private acres, and in a secluded area, where he felt the security of the apartment was being watched as he completed his workMany people come from areas where crimes are more frequent and are very-sensitive to security concernsAnd indeed a HVAC problem was discovered that required a part to be shipped inConsidering that he had an unusual set of circumstances, and that I was away that day; he staff offered him the only other vacant apartment available, if he elected to transfer- which he took this option. Later, He saw me and wanted compensation for the "issues" that happened.
