I had a Saturday appointment 6-20-15 scheduled for a dental cleaning, with my ins, I get two free cleanings and a free deep cleaning per year. In Dec. 2014 after a deep cleaning the Hygienist wanted me back in 3 months for a periodontal cleaning, I told her no and what was covered with my plan. She instead set up a regular cleaning 6 months later. June 20, 2015 is coming up and I get a voicemail saying that my appointment will be a periodontal cleaning which will cost. I called back and said "NO". I said it will be a cleaning since my last cleaning was 13 months ago in May 26, 2014. On my way home I listen to another voicemail saying that it will be a periodontal cleaning, that they don't adjust their prescribed dental care around what the insurance covers and if that's the case to take it up with my insurance provider. It's a joke, it was 13 months since my last cleaning 5/26/2014, they could have scheduled a free cleaning 3 months after my deep cleaning "like March 03, 2014” 3 months after that 06/26/2015 a free deep cleaning and 3 months later September 26, 2015 another free cleaning. Instead there ordering me to get a periodontal cleaning which costs me out of pocket, they have " NO RIGHT" ordering the patient/client "TO DO ANYTHING". I filed a complaint with my Ins. Company and hopefully they will be dropped from there coverage to all patients. You listen to those orders and you can hear the words coming out of the owners mouth, I'm disgusted with them and they have no business being in business with the public with such treatment to there clients. I've been happy with the care and treatment for the years they've cared for my family, but this is wrong and crazy treating their patient's this way. I'm filing complaints with the Revdex.com and CA. Dental Board over this
