We recently purchased our homeThe former homeowners hired this company preparing for the sale to us and paid for the exterior of the house to be pressure washed, repainted, and any rotten wood found in the process to be replacedThey paid nearly $4,for the job and it was warrantied for a yearFollowing us moving in we noticed some rotten wood that was painted over but not fixedI called and spoke with Alex, and he was understanding and professional and we scheduled the repairThe day that the team was supposed to come it ended up raining, so I called and rescheduled for the next weekI cleared my day to make sure I would be home for the teamNo one cameI called and spoke with Alex again, and he said he would find out what was going on and call me backI never heard backMy husband called and spoke with him, Alex told him he would call me right then and rescheduleAgain, I never heard backI have been trying to call now quite a few times and left messages with no responseI finally filled out a "contact us" form in their website and received a very short email back that honestly felt quite unprofessional and argumentative (they said thousands were not spent and that they only did gutter repairs and replaced two pieces of wood)I responded with the invoice and assured them I wasn't trying to be a problem, I just needed help and wanted to speak with someoneThey responded again saying the wood was not their problem as they only replaced what the former homeowner designated (I spoke with the former homeowner and he confirmed that he asked them to replace anything that was rotten)I emailed back saying I just needed help and outlined the lack of communication as a problem and again asked them to call me so we could figure things out, and even callled again and left another messageStill nothingI am saddened at the unprofessionalism experienced today and over the past few weeksA returned phone call or notification about not coming would've been appreciated, warranty covered or not

We hired them for dryer vent cleaning They were super fast and easy, and did a great job And literally 40% cheaper than the three other companies I called Professional and super friendly, they cleaned up and left it just as they found it No upsells or extras, just did the job and did it well I will definitely use them again I was surprised their rating on the Revdex.com site wasn't higher!

The service guys did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and chimneyThey were very friendly and professionalWe would highly recommend
