her apartment. Although we do not know the cause of the bed bugs, we have been treating the issue at no charge to the resident. Ms. [redacted] has requested to be let out of her lease and a refund of all money paid. She is also requesting reimbursement of medical expenses. I am agreeable to allow her out of her lease,without further responsibility, with a 30 day notice submitted to our office in writing. We will also refund her security deposit in full.
