Healthy Hair Bar Wigs & Extensions Salon

My complaint is regarding a hair care product known as California Flow Mineral Hair Softener, and it is sold by *** *** at the Healthy Hair Bar and Wigs Salon located at *** *** Monrovia, CA XXXXX I received the product by mail order on 01-21- When I opened the packaging I noticed there was a crack at the bottom of the container Furthermore, I noticed the container was labeled "For Professional Use Only", and there were no instructions on how to use the product, nor were the ingredients listed on the container I immediately called to address these concerns, and I was told that the product was a healthy alternative for my hair I was also told how to use the product, and I would be sent a new order to replace the cracked jar I waited for the order to arrive, however, I did not receive anything I called the business again on XX-to inquire that I had not received a replacement, but no success in getting my question answered instead the phone call
