Healthy Feel

This was a 14 day trial and all I had to do is pay S/H and they charged my credit card for the full amount before every receiving the product. I cancelled at the # I submitted to you and they claimed that I never cancelled, therefore I will not be receiving a refund. When I spoke to them in reference to the matter the first time I was hung up in by a Flesh *** When I asked for a manager she told me that they do not have one and she's the highest that their is. I said no there is always someone higher that I can speak to and that's when she hung up the phone on me. I called back reached a Jonathan that did not want to give me his full name or ID # He put me on hold for a long time and then a Shelby ID# *** cane on the line she said she was manager support and she's the highest in command that I can speak with. I let her know if the situation and she said we will not be refunding your money back and that's that I told her that I will be sending both of the bottles back to them because I should not have been changed for the first one or the second one. I cancelled in time so that I would not have to pay for either one it was a trial, I cancelled because I didn't have time to try it in the 14 days they gave me. That's why I cancelled early enough so that I wouldn't be changed. I know that there's a lot of these companies out there getting over on people, but doing what you are supposed to do to keep from getting charged and still do us just wrong. I am just sick from all of this with this company I know now that I have been scammed by them.
