Review: I cannot get any response (apart from one email from a rep) Called customer service number and left endless voice messages, also sent emails. One rep emailed me a week ago but despite numerous emails on my part now will not respond. Customer service is HORRIBLE, no one will respond to phone calls or emails!Desired Settlement: If someone from the company can contact me, explain why they do not respond to customers. I want to also make sure the business is legitimate. They have my credit card info on file and I want it removed. I also want confirmation that they no longer have my credit card on file as I do not trust the company,

Review: We returned product(s) within the company guideline of just under $2,600 and have not received our refund within 15 days (it's been several weeks). They are unresponsive. We have UPS shipping confirmations, and they have acknowledged receipt in email correspondence.Desired Settlement: We will settle for:

1. Full cash in the amount of $2,585.32 or

2. Cash in the amount of $1,585.32 AND a Vending Machine with a U.S. electrical plug.

These amounts allocate back a 10% Restocking Fee to the company.
