Purchased a puppy aug 11. Would only take cash up , zelle or goggle pay. They stalled sending puppy after funds cleared. Sent delivery thru a bogus animal delivery service so they said. County live pet courier delivery. Next morning when dog scheduled for delivery, person calls asking for another $1000 for a Cite Delivery permit. Puppy not delivered. Breeder will not help or refund. Scam artist. Called police. Police took details, made calls and agrees it is a scam. Both companies, healthy cavalier king puppies and county Live Pet delivery are scammers. Police filed report. Sad. Take them off line.
