Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am by no means trying to get free carpet replacement, not once did I ever insinuate thatI paid almost $to get my carpets professionally cleaned and was dissatisfiedMy carpets were soaked hours after the job was doneThe next morning they were still dampMore stains came up that werent there before by my front door( not hair dye stains)I called the same day of service and spoke with [redacted] he reassured me he would come the next morning and check it outThe next morning came he never showed up didn't callI called him and text him for the next several days he would not answer my calls..very unprofessionalI finally called him from my daughters phone to see if he was dodging my calls and sure enough he answersWe had a conversation that I recorded and not once did I cuss or swear at him or threaten him..This is just his ploy to get out of doing his job the right way.Sincerely, [redacted]

I paid almost $100 to get my carpets professionally cleaned and was dissatisfied. My carpets were soaked 8 hours after the job was done. The next morning they were still damp. More stains came up that werent there before by my front door( not hair dye stains). I called the same day of service and spoke with [redacted] he reassured me he would come the next morning and check it out. The next morning came he never showed up didn't call. I called him and text him for the next several days he would not answer my calls..very unprofessional. I finally called him from my daughters phone to see if he was dodging my calls and sure enough he answers.
