Healthy Beagle Puppies

Purchased a Beagle from this company and once paid, I was told delivery will be next day. Contacted company and was told puppy was taken to Courier Evergreen Pacific and they will be transporting puppy for our pickup. Well later I received a call from Courier who said they could not transport puppy unless I pay $600 insurance or else Puppy would be put in quarantine for 6’months. When I called seller of the Puppy I was told he could not pay insurance and I would have to. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for insurance because this was something he should have informed me about before I purchased puppy from him. Now I believe the Seller and Courier are working together. I was told my seller he had to eat dinner and this was my problem and I can’t have my money back. Beware of this Breeder.
