The Sales person promised placement 'in' the Whole Foods Store in their Magazine for 1 year. Invoice paid in full. Before signing up, It was clearly represented as placement being 'in' the Store, customers would see it coming and going, otherwise we had no interest. I was concerned when I visited Whole Foods and could not find the Magazine. I was driving off and noticed something in the distance and found the magazine in a dirty and worn outdoor rack, far away from the entrance and next to the trash cans. No luck on a resolution, but I will continue working on it.
