[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]To this point, I have considered involving legal partiesI have gotten a diagnosis of my vehicle from the Chevrolet dealership I purchased my certified vehicle from (Lynch Chevrolet Mukwanago)Badgerland Auto contacted me instructing me to drive the damaged vehicle to an auto shop that they have an established relationship with stating that I need to get another diagnostic from this place they have established and that they will not pay for the diagnostic nor will they repair anythingMy vehicle was purchased by a certified dealer and that is who I would prefer to have it repaired byThere is a diagnostic in placeI am not in position to pay for another onePer *** at Badgerland Auto, she feels the service department in the dealership is not fit to know what is going on with the vehicle or any repairs

The following is a statement I have been referred to and can be found on the General Motors website. “When you take your vehicle to your local GMC dealership for transmission service or repair, you're also getting 100-plus years of automotive manufacturing experience and expertise. Our Certified Service expert technicians receive exclusive factory training and know your GMC vehicle and transmission better than anyone. When it comes to transmission replacement and transmission repair service, they can offer you a transmission from our Genuine GM Parts brand.”My vehicle was purchased certified and not being rented or leased. I have the right to assure it is repaired to my specifications.
