I am rejecting this response because:Health Quest did NOT sell me the model they displayed on their showroom floorI received a unit with a wireless remote to operate the bedI feel this was 'Bait and Switch.' Health Quest contacted the manufacturer when my bed became inoperable about weeks after purchase to arrange for a technician to come look at the bedIt was the technician who was an integral part of getting the manufacturer to agree to send me a new bed, NOT Health QuestIt was also interesting that the representative that I spoke to for the manufacturer told me that I had not been 'matched' to the proper unit given my health issuesI feel this is another area where Health Quest is misleading
