Review: I received a bottle of chlorella supplements and the jar was shattered. I contacted them to refund my card on July 23rd 2014. They indicated it would take 3 5o 5 business days. I called back again after a few days. They said it could take 5 to 10 days. I've called back several times now and they keep saying it is in progress. Yesterday, they said they lost my card number and they would do it. Today when I called they said they would take care of it today and call me back but they have not.

This has occurred because they did not properly pack the product. It is now 20 day's later. They owe me $65 plus the shipping that I paid. I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I wish my card be credited. I also wish that I receive some kind of gesture of good will because of the inconvenience and the time spent trying to resolve the matter. Thanks for anything you can do.
