WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

The ads all make it look and sound like you are getting a FREE 14 day product but what you are actually getting is a TRIAL in which shipping time is included! They charge your account the FULL AMOUNT of 89.96 at that point in which there is nothing you can do about it. They have everything set up to that when you try to dispute it, the customer looses! They also send you ANOTHER product you didn't ask for in which they get to charge you ANOTHER FEE of 89.96!
The product doesn't do a DANG thing and at this point I think it's nothing but caffeine and sugar!
Again they won't refund any of your money for a product you never requested saying, That product is always shipped out with the first trial product and it's YOUR responsibility to call and cancel it. They ALSO charge you shipping PER BOTTLE!

Right now with all of the gyms and other options for exercise and fitness closed due to the COVID19 we are all simply looking for ways to help stay healthy, active and MAYBE loose a little in the process....well, I lost alright! I lost 179.92 + shipping PER BOTTLE! Not to mention the fees I ended up with from my bank over this!

I'm so *** right now I could spit from Idaho to Florida where they are located!

I reiterate DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Looks like that's not a true statement regarding "won't refund any of your money."

Also, spitting does not sound very sanitary, nor grown up.

Blatent miscommunication from company about 14 day free trial. Extremely difficult to cancel when charges are made prior 14 day trial period ending
Company gave no details upon ordering free trial as to when the trial ended. I was also told on that call the recurring payment would be $89.99 if not cancelled within the trial period. After using product for FIVE DAYS I was charged 79.99 for a different product they sent me to try and the original 89.99 was set to come out of my bank the next day. The customer service lady was not friendly when I expressed my frustrations about my account being charged earlier than anticipated. She kept telling me I needed to let her talk, which would always begin a new product selling monologue. I would interrupt to say I just need to cancel and hopefully get a refund and she told me to let her talk. When I mentioned I believed the company was a scam, she said she personally wasn't scamming me. I ended up with a 40% refund but it was definitely a blood pressure raising, frustrating situation that I feel could have been avoided if the company had been up front and honest about all the charges and the trial period. I still ended up paying $40 plus $14 shipping for a "free trial".

Desired Outcome

It would be wonderful to receive a refund of the other 39.97 charged for the product I was never told I would be paying for (I ordered a free trial of Keto and they sent Forskolin with it and then charged me $79.99 for the Forskolin before the trial period was over, and planned to charge for the keto the next day). My purpose however is not to clamor for the money, but to make people aware not to use the company. When I mentioned that I believed the company was a scam, she said she wasn't personally scamming me. Hmmm.

Got charged 89.96 on 7/28/18 on my banking account, made a call to the company (844-438-9406) to get my money back they refused to do so I'm willing to return their unopened item Saw an ad about Garcinia 2 weeks ago about a free trial, I clicked on it, but halfway through the order I changed my mind and left, got a call an hour later telling my that if I ordered I would only get charged for the shipping and that I WOULDN'T get charged anything else, I asked the lady if there was a 30 day membership she said NO, that was a lie got charged 89.96 2 weeks later(8/13/19)ay) and I called so I could get my money back and they wouldn't give it to me and I told them that I would return there unopened item to them no problem but she just kept trying to get my to buy even MORE stuff and I got fed up and hanged when she denied my refund in which I did not authorize the order. During my call, they cancelled my order with a confirmation #CXXXXX.So please take care of getting my money back. I also told them that I needed to consult with my doctor, since I was not losing any weight, to see if it was messing with my sugar. Please let me know of the outcome.

I purchased a trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia for $4.95 in Feb 2019. The cust svc rep at 866-847-1899 told me I failed to opt out within 14 days. I was not aware that I needed to opt out of anything. I did not authorized any refills on this dietary supplement pills. This company is charging my account with $89.96. I really need a total refund on this scam. These people called me several times trying to sell me on this product. I finally agreed to pay $4.95 and buy a trial bottle. Please make them refund my total $89.96

free trail, charged full price. called in to get the account closed and what I thought of this highly unethical business practice. the young man con the phone closed the account and sent me to "floor Supervisor" for a refund. During this process their phones were not muting and her the script fifteen times in ten minutes

Desired Outcome

Honestly inform your customers about what they are agreeing to up front. the back page terms and agreements page is not acceptable notification that you will charging someone 170.00 dollars for a product that you can buy from wall mart for $20.00. You can make your money honestly just like the rest of us!!

The company tried to charge me for cancelling an order and for product I never received
I tried their 14 day "free trial" and then called to cancel as well as sent an email to cancel. They refused to refund the $90.00 they charged to my credit card.

I would like to have a FULL refund of my money They agreed to refund 70% but since I didn't place the order nor receive the product I should get a full refund

Tried email to telling me my shipment was on the way. Replied to email three times and got message, "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Called the customer service number provided with the $89.96 invoice of the unauthorized charge and was told that they don't issue refunds, worked my way down to 50% and asked for supervisor after she wouldn't give me FULL refund.

She said their policy was a 30% restocking fee and they ended up giving me 70% off. Since I am on a fixed income, my checking account bounce fee was $35.

$89.96 - $62.98 = $27.24 + $35 bounce fee = $62.24.

Please forward this to the FLA district attorney and the postmaster general for fraud since they used the postal system to send the product.

The company offers a 14 day free trial were you only pay S/H. They then bill you the full amount of the product without informing you.
On 8-13-18 I tried a free 14 day supply of their Garcinia and Forskolin. I was informed that I would pay S/H of $9.75. On 8-27-18 the company charged me $169.25 for the product. When I called them they said there was a 30 day money back guarantee but I would still have to pay S/H and a 30% restocking fee. They will try to give you multiple discounts but are not willing to stand by the original statement of 14 day FREE trial. This business is committing fraud.

They reel you in with "FREE TRIAL", then you are on the hook for the "full price" two weeks later, THEN you are automatically enrolled monthly.
I responded to an ad for a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia for $4.89. I had second thoughts at first so I didn't go through with it. Then they texted and called and said that they were still holding my free trial for $4.89. Nobody ever mentioned this being my authorization to auto-enroll for a $89.96 shipment each month. Nor did anybody bother to tell me that after your "2 week trial", you would then get charged for the full amount. So, there really is no free trial, you just end up getting charged $89.96 for it. Then one month after that, you get charged another $89.96 and apparently will until you wise up and catch on to their shady business practices. I called customer service and spoke with Richard who started with a 25% refund, then a 50% refund, then a 70% refund with a 30% "restocking fee" after they receive the return. When I refused anything but a 100% refund, I got told that he would have to put in a request to the escalation department and he couldn't transfer me and there is no number to contact them directly. I will get a call in 24-48 hours. The original order was on June 22nd, I was charged $4.89, then on July 13th, I was charged $89.96, then on August 13th, I was charged another $89.96 for a package that I supposedly received on August 15th. (There's no package from them). I used my paypal debit card, so hopefully, if I cannot get a resolution otherwise, I will be contacting them. However, when I mentioned this to Richard, he stated that I could do that, but they would just say that it was all in their terms and conditions. If you have to be that shady.....YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!!!!!!

Desired Outcome

I want a full 100% refund of $179.92. I will gladly return their UNOPENED product from the first shipment that I did receive, and if I ever get the second one, will be happy to return that as well.

I have 2 refunds. One for $89.96, and another for $44.98. since I have been charged a total of $179.92, I've only been refunded a total of 75% which is $134.94. I will only accept a full refund, which will be another $44.98

this company is pathetic. I ordered the free trial and now find out I am being charged $89.95 because In the ternms and conditions I had 14 days or pay full price. I found out when the charge appeared on my credit card. What a scam This company preys on the fact that no one reads the print. Like the old saying fool me once... I will make a point of going to all of my on line accounts to convey the way they take advantage of the consumer

This is by far the worst experience i've ever had in my life. First of all the 14-day trail which you only pay shipping and handling is a scam to get your credit card details. I too was promised a one time shipping and handling for the trail but my account was suddenly debited without my authorization. I call to have this reversed and was meet with a rather rude representative who told me I either make up my mind to take a 70% refund or she had other customers to talk to (As if I were not a customer needing assistance myself). I was forced to take the 70% DISCOUNT OR NOTHING AT ALL!!!. I am sooooo disappointed in both the service and the product.

This company told me specifically that I was not on a rotating monthly charge that it was a 1 times charge and I had a 14 day trial and it would take 3-5 business days to get my product. I have not received my product and it has been 2 weeks. I called them and they said I am on a rotating monthly charge and that the product shows as delivered. I asked them to give me back my money and I was told I need to call the post office. It's a scam the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and had 0 customer service I asked to speak to someone else and he told me he couldn't transfer me and that he was the supervisor. He refused to give me his name and he put me on hold for 20 minutes instead of speaking to me. I finally hung up in hopes of speaking to a different representative and he answered the phone again. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. We have an outsourced customer service company that has since terminated that employee for attitude. This customer has been refunded in full of all charges 1/8/18 when our floor supervisor called customer to apologize for how this was originally handled.

FOR FREE. NO! it is a 14 days TRIAL Membership. After 14 days if you like the product you will be charge the full price. This was not explained to by there sales representative that called me after I did not finish the online FREE TRIAL order(I though if it was free they should not need my card # and they should send it bulk mail). I gave in and gave the sales rep my info. On day 14 I was charged 89.96. Today I Called Costumer and the lady I spoke was very helpful. We need to read all the info before ordering on line. There sales rep needs training.

I have been trying since November 21st of this year to get the money they took, without my authorization, from my debit card! After speaking to some not so nice people and a few nice ones, the best they can do is return 70% of the $89.96 they charged to my card. I too, was mislead with the $4.95 Skinnu Anti-Wrinkle Serum scam! I would like a full refund, not 70%.
