I am rejecting this response because:'Technically today makes 1 month since Health Equity was advised of this "error" with the claim. I should not be penalized for a delay on your end. Every single person that I have spoken with from your company since February 22 have all stated the same thing....there is an error with the claim. I could understand if I was requesting funds that were not due to me, but I am only requesting what belongs to me.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this member has experienced. A HealthEquity supervisor has looked into the issue, and has been able to find the error that kept this member’s account open. The issue has been fixed and the full amount of $171.31 is being reimbursed to the member...
