11/ 19 received package I didn't buy. No receipt. It wasn't until my credit card bill came, with charge of $198.70! I called company 3x.no call back!
In 11/19 I received a package from this company. I didn't know how it was ordered the invoice didn't have a charge for the amount. It wasn't until I receive my MasterCard bill that I saw $190.70 charge. I am mediately called the company. They said it was over the 30 days and I could not get my money back!

I explained to them I did not purchase this item I didn't know where it was charged until I receive my bill.

The invoice had no information. Further the package label in the front had my name backwards the wrong phone number and when I called them they had the wrong email address.

I then requested a refund to management. They said it would be sent to management and I would get a call back. A few weeks later I called back again I was told it was still in the management level. After not getting through to management I called my credit card company to investigate. They said it was found valid. Whoever used the card used all the information on the card.

I explained to the card company that my card had been compromised around the same time and I had charges reversed, receiving new cards for both my wife and I.

The card company said they cannot do anything because I did receive the product and they verified that my card was used.

My carD company told me to contact the merchant to see if they can resolve it that way.

The my card company gave me the phone number they had I called it and it was disconnected.

I found another number on the net and called them again and left a message.

I have never received a call back from the company, given proof of a receipt or recording of transaction.

It's been 7 months.

Beware! Product made me ill. Returned product as requested. Been waiting for a refund for 3 months. Still NO refund. Made calls to check on refund only to get a run around, and asked to call back in 3 weeks.

I cancelled the subscxription on Nov 1, 2017 and was billed again in November as well as December.
they have billed me twice since I cancelled and when I call them now they say yes it shows cancelled, but that their customer service is confused with another customer service phone number and they are not the healthiest wellness company that is taking money out of my account
