Currently, I don’t have any record of receiving the returned Flabs 2 Abs dvd & a 1 week nutrition plan.

As you can see in the attached documentation, this customer signed up for the 30 day trial beginning on April 26th 2015. The customer was charged successfully on May 31st 2015 and 4 declined attempts to run the payment method she provided. The customer...
did not return the DVD until after the trial period was over, in June. This is why there was no refund. The return was outside of the trial period. Also, the return did not meet our return requirements as it only contained the DVD and not her schedule. The customer should have returned the DVD and schedule within the 30 days of the 30 day trial to receive the refund. However, we don’t want any unsatisfied customers so I will issue a refund for this customer. We no longer have the option to issue a refund for this customer within authorize.net since it has been over 6 months. If this customer has a PayPal account, we can send her the refund amount that way. I have also sent an email to the customer asking if I can send the refund via PayPal to an email address of her choice. Thanks Craig Flabs 2 Abs

We received this letter attached from the Revdex.com regarding [redacted]. We already processed her refund on 8-2-15 even though it was past the 60 day return policy and she did not follow our nutrition advice.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I responded well within the time frame required and absolutely DID follow the advice given. I was unfortunately diagnosed with a condition that this diet or any other would not help with. I sent 3 emails asking about the status of my refund and was ignored. Finally, I was responded to with a less than customer service oriented response. I did get refunded. However, you must meet their personal requirements to receive it. They tell you to send back the DVD plus a one week eating diary. If they don't think you did what they wanted you to do, they will deny you. That type of judgment on any person, especially with a health issue, is poor business. Plus the fact that my emails went ignored repeatedly and then I was told...."Weight loss is not a mystery. Follow our advice." Then I was given a phone number to call to speak with Craig Lewandowski directly. He didn't answer and has never to do this day called back.
