We entered a month to month contract with Healthpoint Cleaning Services The sales rep who we signed with told us that she was able to get the monthly service cost reduced from to per month, matching the price from our previous cleaning company This was never reflected in the billing, and they have refused to honor thisThere was also an issue with a cleaning rag that had to be snaked out of a toilet by a professional plumberThe Sales rep advised us that we could take the cost of the plumber out of the monthly feeThey are also refusing to honor this as well The floor strip and finish included in the contract was poorly done and we had to have our sales rep come out to see how horribly this was doneShe requested that it be re-done in a proper manner, she waived the fee for this so her cleaners could start off with a clean slateThere were still issues after the floor was redone, including hair in the flooring finish, dirt in the finish as the floors weren’t
