At this time, I have been contacted directly by Health Innovations regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I got a letter stating that I did not give them my banking infoSo that are going to credit me. I call and said that I
will give my banking infoso they can deposit it in my checking. I also said that I will never buy nothing from your company so a credit will not do. She said she will mail a new letter out with the new banking info. That was Monday May *,2017. I will e-mail you when I get an answer from them. I'm hoping that give me the refund back. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I called the business and now was told that the credit could not be put back on my credit card. The business stated that letters are going out (probably 50 a day she stated) to request banking information to receive a refund. As of yet, I have not received that letter and was told that they started sending them out a few weeks ago. The way this process has been going, I can't depend on receiving that letter.
