Review: I went to this medical supply store with a prescription for compression stockings.The man in the store sized me and sold me two very expensive pairs of compression socks. I went home and tried a pair on and realized they were the wrong size. I then went online and researched how to size compression stockings. He sold me two pairs of large stockings. After my research I found out I am a small. The stockings would not work for me. I went to the store the next day and asked to return them. On a side wall there is a small sign that says, no returns no refunds. I explained it was not due to any other reason but his sizing and they agreed to exchange the stockings. However, they still were not confident how to size me. I again asked for a refund so I could go somewhere that was knowledgeable about this. They refused a refund. They did not have my size in stock for both pairs so they gave me one pair and ordered the other. It is now 4 weeks later and I have been called to pick up the second pair. I went today and they ordered the wrong pair again. I asked for a different pair that is less expensive and to give me the difference in cost, they refused. I am 7 months pregnant and only need the stockings for my pregnancy. Soon I won't even need them. They have now ordered yet another time to get me the correct size and are promising them in tomorrow. My biggest complaint is that I was sold the incorrect size, due to his lack of knowledge in his industry, and I stuck working with them as they only accept cash and debit so my money is with them at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for these products.

I went into the store the week of December [redacted] and asked for my final pair of compression socks as I only have 6 weeks left of pregnancy and only need these compression socks during my pregnancy. They were still the wrong size and style, but I didn't know how long it would take to receive the correct pair. They acknowledged that I had made a complaint but said nothing more.
