Review: Dr. Gary who is a dental broker signed a contract with me to show me dental practices that are for sale in NJ. The contract involved me paying him a completely refundable deposit of $500 in order for him to show me the dental practices. The contract clearly stated that the deposit is completely refundable upon request . I have sent Dr. Gary multiple emails regarding my refund since the past few months. I still haven't received my money back. I no longer wish to do business with Dr. Gary anymore due to his unprofessional behavior.Desired Settlement: Refund of $500 that was supposed to be a completely refundable deposit.

I still haven't received the refund check. Dr. Gary and his accountant said that the check was being processed two weeks ago.

Review: Dr [redacted] of Healthcare Practice Sales LLC dba Performdent, was paid a "Processing fee" deposit of $ 495 which is fully refundable. Numerous attempts to receive a refund for the $ 495 have not been successful.Desired Settlement: Dr [redacted] and Heatlcare Practice Sales, LLC needs to refund my $ 495 as per our signed agreement.

Review: Dr [redacted] will take money for showing practise but if you decide not to continue he will not refund the money. He agrees to refund the money if you dont buy the practise . Doing business is a waste of time because he will never help you in buying a businessDesired Settlement: I need the refund which I have a signed letter stating if I dont wish to continue the services I will get back.
