Review: A gift certificate for a massage was purchased. I made an appointment for the massage and called one day before to confirm. I felt it necessary as I previously used this business for a massage and on the day of the appointment it was cancelled. When I called to confirm there was no answer so I left a message. I received a call back a few hours later and was told I wasn't on the schedule. When I explained the appointment was made two weeks prior with the therapist I was told they no longer have a therapist. I asked for a refund and told them I would come to the office in five minutes. When I got there no one was there and no one answered the phone.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the purchase price. It can be applied to my credit card or a check can be sent.
