that reason they sometimes give the appearance of looking different. We assured Ms. [redacted] that the tires were new and they were replaced with the same manufacture, size and brand. Because we care so much about how our customers feel, after ** talked with Ms. [redacted] we ordered new tires the next day, even before this letter was mailed. The tires in question have been replaced and I have saved them for further inspection if necessary, however I am unable to compensate financially simply because I replaced new tires with new tires at my expense.
