Headway Workforce Solutions

Headway Workforce Solutions did not forward any of my paperwork to a potential employer and refused to notify my several times about my status.I applied for a job in[redacted] through Workforce solutions. They interviewed me two times in the first week of September and the interviewer ([redacted]) informed me that they would forward the information to the appropriate parties and would be notified within a week. Three weeks passed and I called Workforce Solutions and they said that the interviewer no longer worked there and that someone else had taken over. Additionally, they informed me that my application was "lost" in the process. They said that they would have another person call me. That never happened. I called again in early October about forwarding my application to the appropriate parties and was told again that someone would call me. Nothing happened. Finally, I called in early November, and they said that the client had filled the position a while ago and they neglected to inform me about the status when I had called a month prior. I feel that this company did a horrific job not only in providing the service of transferring my application to the appropriate parties but also of notifying me of the outcome. I called four times in an over two month period after spending over two hours recording an interview for them only to be pushed aside in hopes that I would stop calling them. This is beyond unethical./////Desired SettlementI would like a supervisor to communicate to me a resolution to this issue. I am aware that the position was filled but I would like to know of a resolution that they will put in place to not waste my time or any other jobseeker's time who may use Headway Workforce Solution as a service in the future./////
