In January of 2019 I entered into a contract to have a the following done:
-New Custom Website
-Online Store with Product Placement
-Search Engine Optimized Pages
-Mobile Optimized Pages
-Contact Form and Optimization
-Social Media Integration
-Video Integration
-Content Creation
-Image Placement
-Hosting
-Recurring Maintenance and Support
-Security Updates
-Move and Transfer All Ebay Items to Website
-Amazon Store Account Creation
We did not get any creation other than a crude moke up of a very bad design.
None of the other issues were addressed or created.
We have decided at this time a year and 3 months later not to have the service as there are too many Sales Tax Issues now with owning your own store. Our current product placement is on e-bay and has been since 1998. We stated to the owner/partner/designer *** that a store would require us to adhere to the Wayfair v. South Dakota sales tax case, which would require us to register and collect into over 35 States and we are only a 2 person company and could not handle this change. Also we have many followers on ebay who look for and buy our products.
Since nothing was created and none of the above items were ever designed or implicated we were not going to proceed with the website and wish to get a refund.
Apparently this insulted *** and he refused to issue any refund.
We made full payment to Headway Concepts/*** of $2,879.96 last year through Paypal and have payment proof.
*** also stated that since we made the $2,879.96 in installment payments of $500, he is claiming those payment were a loan...which is so not accurate.
