[redacted], the owner, has always treated me very professionally, has been knowledgeable about the services that she provides, and her follow up care is impeccable. Review: Service was performed in a way that was harmful and negligent. Resulting in having to pay a professional that I trust to remove the lash extensions and an eye doctor visit to as the damage. When I informed her of my need to see a doctor she doubted my need for a doctors consult, and claimed that her application did not have anything to do with my injury. She chose not to answer my phone call and instead texted me, then blocking me from communication to resolve my complaint. She lied to me about the type of eyelash that she used. I was never rude, only stated the facts of how her service was performed poorly and that I would like to be refunded for my expenses.Desired Settlement: Refund of service and costs associated with removing her application, plus doctors expenses and loss of wages. Total of $125, plus doctors costs and lost wages to be calculated once bill is received.
