Review: Placed an order for a bamboo fly rod on 12-18-10 in response to an email offer from [redacted], total cost $414.99 which was charged on my Master Card and paid through PayPal. Later mailed him a check for $35 for a rod tube, which he cashed. I did not receive my rod as promised with several promised delivery dates in December, January, February and March. On 4-25-11, I sent an email cancelling my order, requesting a refund, since my order had not been filled. He responded by email on 4-30-11 as follows: I am sorry for these delays. We will get your refund to you next week". It has now been over three weeks. He will not return my phone calls or emails, nor has he sent my refund. He has had my funds of $449.99 since 12-18-10 and has not sent the product ordered or my refund.Desired Settlement: I am demanding an immediate refund of my $449.99.

Review: they took my product under warrenty, but never returned it. He doesn't answer his phone, return e-mail. I cant get hold of him to get an answer.Desired Settlement: repair or replace prod. or money returned

Review: Returned my flyrod for repair in May. On Aug 13th the owner emailed me that it would be shipped back within a week. To date I have not received it. I have emailed, called and written a letter and owner has refused to respond.Desired Settlement: repair and return my rod
