What I have experienced at Headquarter Mazda in Clermont, FL, now for the SECOND time in less than 3 years is absolutely horrendous. I bought my first Mazda CX-9 in late 2017 (a 2018 model) where I was sold on the app start function and was prompted by my salesman, Chris, to download the MMS app. We were put into the exact model package we negotiated at sale, while waiting for one in the Soul Red color to come in. It came a few days later, and only after driving off did we realize it did not have the app start OR apple car play we were sold. Excuses given "You received a Japanese edition, and it'll take longer to get the software" "You'll have to pay to install those functions now" We were bait and switched and going upside down on a depreciating asset that did not have the functions we were paying good money for. Fast forward 3 years and I just purchased my 3rd Mazda from the same dealership. Why? Because I feel loyalty should still count for something. The second was a used Mazda3 bought in cash for a sibling. The 3rd, just purchased on 6/19, using the original CX9 as trade-in. I was very clear about the nasty bait and switch and that I wanted every function I had been paying for but had not received in 3 years. It was in writing, it's on the window info sticker, it's on the contract. I was called over the weekend by the salesman who helped my transaction, Keith Brown, to come in to connect the app start. I came in and have now just been told the app start function has been pulled with no forseeable release date. One more DISGUSTING bait and switch! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. FALSE SALE. And it will NOT stand a second time! "To our knowledge" "My understanding" "As far as I am aware" from your employees from Mgmt down tells me there is little to no product education and even less company communication. None of which is my problem. This needs to be rectified immediately.
WARRANTY ISSUE. CLOCK IS GOING OUT AND MAZDA REFUSES TO FIX IT.
I TOOK MY MAZDA MIATA IN BECAUSE THE CLOCK ON THE RADIO IS GOING OUT. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE RADIO. EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA FOR A EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY SAY THIS IS NORMAL AND I SHOULD TURN MY HEAD A DIFFERENT WAY TO SEE IT.
REPLACE THE RADIO
